Furthermore, I grant creative permission to alter the photograph(s). I do not grant permission to resale or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me or my company and associates.

 

• Clients that have edits included with their package has two weeks to get their selections in to receive stated or promised edit delivery time. The selections are not made and delivered within two weeks your wait time on edits may be extended.

 

• Clients are encouraged to download their photos from the link at their earliest convenience. Failure to do so could result in the link expiring and loss of your photos.

 

• Edits that are included in photography packages are add-ons/bonuses to the packages and do not have guaranteed delivery time. The pricing of the packages are based off of the photography and not the edits. Only edits that are paid for individually have guaranteed delivery time.

 

• Purchasing photography, packages or photos shoots etc. does not give you ownership of the photos. By state law the ownership rights of the photos belong to FB Studios.
