Bookings are not finalized until a 50% deposit is paid and you received a confirmation call by phone.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure your satisfaction bookings are not finalized or confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call/ text from FB studios. ( Purpose of the confirmation call/text is to ensures that you've pick the right package for your needs) Bookings are not finalized until a 50% deposit is paid. All deposits are nonrefundable! You may reschedule the shoot with the minimum of a three day notice. Any notice of rescheduling that's within 3 days of the booking date are subject to non-availability and we may not be able to accommodate you. We work extremely hard to satisfy all of our clients and to meet every time deadline. However if you receive a discounted rate that will more than likely prolong the estimated time deadline by placing your behind our full rate clients. There's no clear date for the return of photos for any and all test shoots as they take second priority to our paying clients. Test shoots are only worked on after our paid clients are taking care of.
